New Acquisition in Basingstoke

Dunster & Morton have acquired new offices for their clients Lane Fox in London Street Basingstoke.

In an off-market deal amalgamating two leasehold interests, previously held by HSBC and Pertemps, Lane Fox will carry out a comprehensive refurbishment before taking occupation in January 2007.

Damian Comerford, who advises Lane Fox on commercial property matters said:
