This leasehold acquisition enables BHFT to reconfigure its services in the Reading area and to plan for further improvements in the next few years.

The property was available with a guide price of £500,000 and a guide rent of £35,000. Following sustained interest, a tenant has been identified and a transaction is now progressing.

Residential Investment - Shinfield Road, ReadingActing on behalf of the University of Reading, Dunster and Morton marketed this attractive residential investment which produced a total gross rental income of £56,100, based on a guide price of £1,000,000. A number of offers were received with a sale successfully completing at the end of January 2017. 
9 West Street, ReadingDunster and Morton marketed the leasehold of this property which is close to Reading town centre and comprised a ground floor retail unit with first floor ancillary area. The premises were available with a guide rent of £32,000 per annum and a new lease was agreed in January 2017 close to this figure.
