On behalf of investor clients, Dunster and Morton have acquired a prime retail investment in Dorking.
21/27 High Street Dorking let to Edinburgh Woollen Mill Limited lies in a prime trading position on the north side of the High Street, opposite
Sainsburys and Robert Dyas.
The freehold was bought for £1.2 million in July 2010, showing a reversionary yield of 7%
Damian Comerford who represented the purchasers said:
