Developer clients of Dunster and Morton, Friarsgate Developments and Chancerygate Group Limited announce the sale of the final unit in a
new industrial scheme in south Reading. The development which has been built on the site of the former Makro car park site at Cradock Road Reading comprises a £4m development
of freehold industrial units.
The scheme which provides four units ranging in size from 6,000sq ft to 11,000sq ft. Unit 1 has been sold to Kitchen George with local company Stontronics buying units 2 & 3
and 4. Stontronics completed the acquisition of Unit 4 extending to 11,000 sq ft in September 2009.
