NEW DEAL IN HENLEY ON THAMES

Acting on behalf of a private investment company Dunster and Morton announce the letting of 10/12 Bell Street, Henley on Thames. The deal with effect from March 2009, sees a letting to Temptation Gifts, who have a number of other outlets in Buckinghamshire.

Charles Hubbard who acts for the investment company says

"The fact that we were able to secure continuity of income flow for our clients with only a week between the existing tenant closing and the new one completing the lease, says much about the prime position of this property"
