NEW HQ FOR LANGLAND

Dunster and Morton are pleased to announce the acquisition of new office headquarters for their clients Langland in Windsor.

Langland is the largest independent healthcare advertising agency in the UK.

The new offices form a part of the high specification Grade A Quadrant Building in High Street Windsor. The building comprises a beautiful period building with a new linked rear section providing open plan top quality air conditioned offices with full access raised floors.

The accommodation which comprises the whole of the second floor and period building extends to 9900sq ft and was acquired from Scottish RE on a five year lease.

Damian Comerford who acted for Langland throughout said "The brief was to acquire top quality office accommodation within central Windsor which would enable the client to cope with significant growth for the business both existing and anticipated within the next two years. Image was crucial in the selection of the building and whilst the number of opportunities was very limited this solution stood out from the alternatives by some margin."
