All Sold at Twyford

The final unit at the highly successful Chancerygate Business Park at Twyford Berkshire has been sold to Prodec who already have one unit on the development.

The development comprises a mixture of two storey R & D units and conventional warehouse / industrial units providing a total of 27,000sq ft (2500m2) with individual buildings ranging from 3000 to 6000sq ft.

“Despite recent predictions by some of a fall in demand, this has not been our experience. Whilst since late 2007 there has been some slowing down of demand for leasehold property, the demand for freehold in well located areas has been largely maintained. We see this continuing with the number of opportunities for smaller and medium sized industrial and office developments available for sale to occupiers being maintained or even increasing,with institutional investors unlikely to return in this market in 2008/2009. However, location and the right specification is critical”

Purchasers include, Rotary Motion, Flexivend, Stemax, Adcock Refrigeration and Prodec.
