Acquisition in South Wales

Dunster and Morton announce the acquisition of a new high specification production facility in South Wales for their clients.

Acting on behalf of clients Ultrapharm, Omega 250 at Mamhilad Park , Pontypool has been acquired on a lease for 15 years.

The building which extends to in excess of 25,000sq ft forms part of Mamhilad Park developed by the Welsh Industrial Partnership and lies in a prominent position fronting the A4042(T).

Ultrapharm who also have a production facilities in Henley on Thames and in Poland specialize in the production of gluten-free products.
