| Acting on behalf of private investor clients Dunster and Morton announce the purchase of 4 Diddenham Court Reading. The property forms part of a high quality courtyard office development featuring timber, glass and brick elevations with exposed timber trusses. The development completed in Summer 2006 was a comprehensive reconstruction of former agricultural buildings to the south of Reading close to junction 11 of the M4 motorway.  The offices were let on a 15 year lease to a fast growing IT company. The purchase at £900,000 showed a net initial yield of 7%.
