Developer clients of Dunster and Morton, Friarsgate Developments and Chancerygate Group Limited announce sales of the new industrial scheme in south Reading. The development which has been built on the site of the former Makro car park site at Craddock Road Reading comprises a £4m development of freehold industrial units.
The scheme which provides four units ranging in size from 6,000sq ft to 11,000sq ft was completed in Spring 2006 and one unit has been sold with a second now under offer (October 2006).
Damian Comerford, business space Partner at Dunster and Morton, who are retained as selling agents comments:
"The southern edge of Reading, with good access to Junction 11 of the M4 motorway has long been regarded one of the premier industrial and warehousing locations along the Thames Valley. Freehold opportunities have historically been in short supply owing to development land being held as investment by major institutions and funds. This scheme offers the opportunity for individual companies to invest in their own operational properties." |
